This post is designed to help students learn about a new trend in art ths bing a digital portfolio. This allows one to post their art work to their site or a server to allow them to show their product world wide. This is an example of my work to give the students an idea of what can be done with the piece.
This could be an example for a mid-term or fnal project, especually for students that are interested in art careers

Questions
Questions for Richardson
1. What would your one essential tool be for a school that is just starting to become part of the technological trend? Is it more important for networking or just application of programming?
n Being someone that has worked in school districts that have little to no budget for a technology department. What would he feel is the best first step into the new age of education
2. Are there any tools that you feel are more prominent to fields of more hands on subjects such as Fine Arts or Music?
n As an educator of art, a hands on subject I wondered how beneficial such things as a podcast or a discussion board would be for someone in my subject field. Is their a way to incorporate the physical aspects rather than just maybe a critique of a piece or a simple art history discussion
3. What is the one tool such a wiki, blog, or website that feel any teacher is essential for a classroom?
n The reason why I chose this question is because as a first year teacher we have so many things to keep up with such as new changes to procedures, teaching classes and just adjusting to the new school and new habits. I wondered what tool he would feel is the most important to keep up with not only the students but advancements in the field.
